Wentzville Chiropractic and Acupuncture Center is seeking a part-time member to add to our awesome support team! We are a busy office staffed by seven chiropractors, four massage therapists, and several other related professionals, all committed to providing holistic healthcare to the Wentzville area. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic and friendly, values punctuality and reliability, and is comfortable working with computers.

Job Requirements:

- Prior office/reception experience (preferred)

- High school diploma (preferred)

- Saturday availability (required)

Responsibilities:

- Answer phones, greet and check in patients, schedule patient appointments, collect copays, file charts and documents, monitor office emails and text messages, follow HIPAA guidelines, light spot cleaning, assist with therapies as directed by physicians, maintain and organize the office as needed.

Hours:

Tuesday: 8am – 6pm

Wednesday: 8am - 5pm

Thursday: 9am – 6pm

Saturday: 8:30am-12pm

*Availability to provide occasional coverage for other shifts preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
